Our service department works very closely with a number of nationwide extended warranty providers, service plan underwriters and equipment protection insurers, to provide onsite and depot repair services. Electronic and computer equipment retailers usually sell extended warranties to extend the original manufacturer's warranty period of coverage. Large insurance companies that will contract the actual repair work to well established service companies (or third parties) like ours, usually underwrite these warranties.

For extended warranty service, the client should call the warranty provider to obtain a Claim Number. This will confirm the equipment's coverage before bringing the equipment for repair. The service department will provide the estimate directly to the warranty provider, who will either approve the repair or replace the defective equipment.
